Our Manufacturing Process
We utilize state-of-the-art high speed Cold-Heading and Precision Turning equipment in order to provide our customers with a single source for cost effective products of the highest quality. Our cold-forming capability ranges in size from 5 mm to 20 mm diameter, in lengths up to 152 mm. Our equipment ranges from high speed single die for the economical production of simple parts to six die progressive headers ideally suited to the economical production of complex components. Further, we have multi-spindle screw machine capability in diameters from 5 mm to 41 mm, for lengths up to 150 mm. These machines are well suited to efficient production of very complex shapes.
In addition, we offer a full variety of secondary operations that complement our primary manufacturing technologies. While our primary material is low carbon steel, we also specialize in stainless steel, brass, copper alloys, and aluminum.
Our reputation has been built on world-class quality and customer service. Our operations incorporate statistical process control throughout and we are certified to ISO and IATF standards. We work closely with our customers to assure that our products fully meet their expectations.
Cold-heading/forming
- Our cold-heading/forming process makes it easy for us to manufacture large and small quantities at low cost. The high speed, cold-heading process provides quick turnaround vs. the slower production rate for machined parts.

Precision Turned
- Our Precision Turning machines manufacture parts with tight tolerances and in most cases we can turn around prototype orders in a matter of days. We will often first machine a prototype before a high volume formed part goes into production. This ensures your parts will perform as expected before spending additional money for Cold Header tooling. Screw machining enables us to make virtually any item for the various industries we service.
- Screw Machine capabilities include: Milling, Cross Milling, Slot Milling, Tapping, Thread Rolling, Back Drilling, Broaching and Burless Cutoff.
